Building: - Temporary Occupancy Permit approved for use during the National Stearman Fly-In! - Daily Pilot Briefing / Seminars / “Remembering 9/11/2001” conducted in new facility! - Approximately 50 % of the 1st Floor (restrooms / utility room) steel is framed. - Interior layout adjustments have been made and final plans are being prepared for approval. - Phase II – the interior build-out to begin on first floor this Fall. 

Funding: A great big “Thank You” to everyone who has participated with the funding of the International Stearman Community Center! During the National Stearman Fly-In, a group of anonymous individuals challenged a MATCH (dollar for dollar) for funds raised during the Stearman Fly-In. Over $125,000 raised to date – Thank You! The estimated cost to finish the interior on both floors (restrooms / lobby / conference room / library) is $500,000 so we are well underway, but we still need your help!
